By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following policies and terms.

1. Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement: All services must be scheduled in advance. Quotes are based on the information provided at booking and may change upon on-site inspection.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payment methods.
Access: You must provide safe and reasonable access to the property and items scheduled for removal.
Liability: We take every precaution to avoid property damage. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that were already damaged, improperly secured, or fragile.
Weather & Safety: Services may be postponed due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the service cost.
No-Show: If our team arrives and cannot complete the service due to lack of access or client absence, a trip fee may apply.
Refunds: No refunds are issued after a service is completed and approved. Partial refunds may be granted for incomplete services at our discretion.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice.

3. Prohibited Items & Disposal Policy

We do not remove:

Hazardous materials (paints, fuels, chemicals, asbestos)
Biohazard or medical waste
Explosives, firearms, or ammunition
Pressurized containers (propane tanks, etc.)
Large piles of concrete, dirt, or gravel (unless arranged in advance)

Special Handling Items (may require extra prep or fees):

Refrigerators, freezers, and AC units (must be refrigerant-free)
TVs, monitors, and electronics (e-waste recycling)
Tree stumps, bulk yard waste, and certain construction debris

We are committed to responsible disposal — recycling, donating, and following all local and state waste management regulations.
