Our Process
Uniformed valets remove bagged trash from doorsteps and deliver it to dumpsters 5 to 7 nights per week:
Collection starts promptly at the scheduled time, usually 7:00 PM, on collection days.
Residents set their Battle Hardened Waste trash containers outside their units each night at 6:00 PM before collection.
Residents must bring their trash containers back inside by 9:00 AM the next morning.

Understanding Our Services
As a partner community of Battle Hardened, residents receive a branded waste bin upon move-in or service start. Depending on your community’s service plan, our trained valet teams will collect trash from your doorstep 5 to 7 nights a week, adhering to the community’s specific guidelines.
Common guidelines include:
Limit of 2 bags per night
Flattened cardboard only
No loose trash
Trash placed out before collection begins
Bags securely tied, free of tears or leaks
Bulk items are not accepted
Maximum bag weight of 15 lbs
Trash must be placed inside the provided waste bin
